The Series

Across the Lawn is an ongoing series that considers how perspective shapes what we notice, what we maintain, and what we quietly perform. Set within familiar spaces, the work explores facades of perfection and the subtle distance between what is seen and what is felt. Each piece introduces a different point of view, allowing meaning to shift depending on where the viewer stands.

The series develops gradually. Works are released one at a time, allowing each perspective to exist fully before another is introduced.

Well Kept

Well Kept is the first work in the series and introduces Claire. Her world is carefully maintained, composed, and restrained. Order functions as both protection and performance, revealing the tension that exists beneath surfaces that appear calm and controlled.

This piece establishes the themes that guide the series, including visibility, expectation, and the quiet labor of being perceived.

Editions and Process

Limited edition prints are produced in small runs. Edition sizes are fixed and will not be reprinted once sold out.

RISO prints are created using a traditional Risograph process. This method can result in subtle variations in color, texture, and ink coverage from print to print. These variations are inherent to the process and are considered part of the work rather than imperfections.

Each print is made to be lived with, not replicated perfectly.

Care and Display

For longevity, prints are best displayed using archival materials. Framing behind UV-protective glass is recommended. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperature changes. Handle prints with clean, dry hands.

Moving Forward

Across the Lawn will continue with additional works and perspectives introduced over time. There is no fixed sequence or schedule. Collectors are invited to follow the work as it develops, changes, and expands.
